There are four bowls in a full set. I now have a broken set of three.
On Saturday a certain sporting body utilised our facilities at the Newcastle Bowling Club to hold their Annual Prize Giving Ceremony.
On Sunday morning I arrived at the club and was amazed to find one of my bowls lying on the lawn in front of the club house, and after all members searching high and low, realised that my bowls bag and its contents were missing.
I don’t wish to know who you are, but I hereby make a desperate plea to please somehow return my bag and its contents, as it contains priceless, irreplaceable, sentimental and historical memorabilia.
Hopefully you did not discard the other bowl that was in the bag.
