Well done ABSA

Thobile and her staff were so understanding and friendly. They went down to the Old Age Home and visited the elderly lady and assisted her to have all the relevant documents signed

I just want to congratulate ABSA Bank for the exceptional service that they rendered to an elderly lady who has difficulty in walking and no family around to assist her.

I went to the bank and explained my situation to Thobile, the manager, and her staff about this elderly lady who walks with great difficulty. She is 86-years-old and her hearing is also very bad. She needed to get to the bank to sign for the last matters in her late husband’s estate.

Thobile and her staff were so understanding and friendly. They went down to the Old Age Home and visited the elderly lady and assisted her to have all the relevant documents signed.

This is exceptional service and I want to thank each and every one of them. They are always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to assist the client.
