Customer receives no assistance after a fall in an Estcourt furniture store

This is pure carelessness, they do not care about anyone

I was in a furniture store last Wednesday morning and there is a step that’s not very visible and no sign to warn.
I was carrying my son when I fell down that step and got injured.

I contacted management on Thursday to inform them. My details were taken and I was told I’ll be contacted by management. I received a call from the manager telling me he is waiting for an email from his boss.

I have to date not heard anything from them. I contacted them again and no response. I can do very little with the injuries I sustained.

This is pure carelessness, they do not care about anyone. I am so disappointed.
