The municipality has no funds to repair roads, but you use ratepayers’ money to buy cars worth a million rand each.
Here we have a bus with schoolchildren sinking into a hole in the road that was fixed by you, Mr Manager of Alfred Duma Municipality, and your fake contractor.
What happened to service delivery in Ladysmith? All talk but no action.
You claim that your service delivery is beyond expectation, so how come our once vibrant and beautiful town of Ladysmith now resembles a township where service delivery is non-existent.
Mr Mayor, your leadership is very, very poor indeed.
