Again last week we had more problems with refuse removal. Now some of us are sitting with destroyed bin bags outside our yards. For some people, the dogs have already torn up the plastics and the dirt is lying all over the pavement and street.

How long must we wait before the municipality decides to pass by all the affected areas and clean it up?
This is a bad reflection on our town, especially as one drives through the streets and sees all the mess.
