Last weekend I attempted to deposit my two loads of household and garden refuse at the municipality dump.

I was told ‘NO DUMPING AT WEEKENDS”.

Surely this will only encourage illegal dumping in our already filthy residential areas? PLEASE can this ruling be reconsidered as it is over weekends that most people can clear their rubbish and gardens?

A response would be appreciated.
