Mother upset over clinic treatment

These nurses have no work ethic

Sir
Why is it allowed at Empathe Clinic in Dundee for nurses at the baby side to just stick their heads out the door and say it’s now lunchtime at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon and just close the door?

There were only three moms still waiting to be assisted!

There are 2 or 3 nurses in that room at any given time, sometimes more. Why do they all have to take lunch at the same time? Surely one nurse can handle a mother and baby!

I have been there on numerous occasions when I was assisted with kindness and the wait was not too long, but why are there 3 nurses in the mother and baby room?

When I have been there, 1 writes down, 1 stands around and the other administers the inoculation.

Why on God’s green earth are there three nurses doing one person’s job, sometimes even four? We have to take time off work, make arrangements for transport to get ourselves and our children there and then we are treated like this!!

What about the people who have been sitting there most of the day!
Shocking!!

These nurses have no work ethic. Most people are not permitted to take lunch after 2pm on any given day as the end of the day is so near.

Kindly note that the concerns from the disgruntled mother are hereby noted and we will revert to your office shortly.
