Garbage takes over rank in Estcourt

You can't even walk in the taxi rank

On September 10 at about 4pm I, Councillor Nkala, I saw garbage, which has turned our taxi rank into a disaster.

This new taxi rank looks just like the old rank, which is not good for the community.

It touched me because our parents are using this rank daily. It is dirty even though we have the municipality, which is running daily. Water is flowing from one of the shops.

You can’t even walk in the taxi rank. Despite these conditions, people pay rates, which are always increasing. I ask the Municipal Manager to intervene. Let us put the community first, working fairly for all. Let us keep our town clean.
