I want to congratulate the staff at the Traffic Department on their friendly service.

People are always writing nasty things, but for the past four months I have been calling them for my licence card. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful.
The rest of the staff as well, was very good and I want to say thank you. Most times the service you get is based on your approach.

We also need to understand that at times, certain things are beyond our control and that we have to have patience.
