I doubt that I am the only one who constantly receives annoying phone calls always, or so it sounds/seems to me, from every major city in RSA.
These nuisance callers have got my name and cell number (incl. my landline when I had one) and claim to represent SARS and need to ask a few questions. All the callers, bar one, are female.
They won’t answer my questions about who they are – they remain persistently annoying.
Surely if the calls are genuine they would all be made from one office.
Short of dumping my phone, I don’t know how to get rid of them.
If I blocked one number they would simply use another. I listed 15 different numbers from my cell eg; 0120035414, 0511011984, 071 9483117, 02781188, 0411011265. I can go on ad nauseam. I have even been rude to the caller but they go on etc. Am I the only person being persecuted.
I’ve been retired for a few years now and as far as I am concerned whatever tax was due from me has long been paid.
Anyone else out there with the same problem?
What do I do short of trashing my cell- suicide?
