Thumbs-up to dedicated educators during lockdown

The use of pre-recorded lessons is indeed helping the children

Editor –

I personally, through the medium of this newspaper, would like to thank Mrs P Maharaj and Mr DM Naidoo from Drakensberg Secondary School and Nadiya (Mathematics tuition teacher) for their efforts in assisting matriculants by doing pre-recorded lessons.

You all are indeed dedicated in your work. As a parent, I wish to say thank you and would like you to know that what you are doing for your learners is really appreciated, since this matric year is so important and only God knows how much of the matric schooling year will be salvaged.

The use of pre-recorded lessons is indeed helping the children, as they’re not just sitting idle at home. Once again, thank you and please be safe… Continue with your dedication to the learners.
