Running out of time when the world is a mess

We are like hamsters trapped in cages

Editor –

What has our world become… nothing to be proud of that’s for sure. Currently the world is at a standstill, at the mercy of yet another deadly virus. Like the more resent flu pandemics, example: swine flu, sars flu etc.
The only difference is that this time round its dubbed Covid-19. Just like when the wrath of mother nature is seen, disasters are documented by names like hurricane Catrina.

An unseen virus has gripped millions of people with fear. This is only but a pre-act, leaders are trying to slow the world down.
This is no way to do it, I refuse to fall into this trap. Only God has the final say. The ripple effect keeps adding to endless issues such as poverty, snatching bread out of hungry mouths. Scientists speak a whole lot of trash, who are they to predict when this will all end.

We are like hamsters trapped in cages. Does anyone realise that with or without this flu like pandemic, people die daily.

I refuse to be brainwashed into believing the media’s propaganda regarding the subject of Covid -19. Life is survival of the fittest out there, like the animals in the wild, plagues and hunters play a part, even the food chain roots out the vulnerable. The weakest link will be wiped out this is only a form of reproduction, out with the old and in with the new. My Mother always used the phrase; “That we all need to give a day to God someday.”

The World is spinning out of control and the only way to stop this madness is that the world Leader’s, Government Officials, CEO, Film stars and Sport Professionals etc, take a pay cut of half their salaries. This would leave enough money to be spread in arears of great need.
No innocent child born in the name of love should have to go without clothes on their back, shoes on their little feet or without being fed.

No child should be discriminated against because of the circumstances they have been born into or the colour of their skin.
All children should have a zest for life and not think it to be a prison sentence. If the world is so advanced, what excuse is there for starvation and the inhumane living conditions.
Let’s create opportunities for even the poor, farm fields can be ploughed. At the end of the day everyone can be productive an earn an honest living. This will deter youth seeking pleasure in social economic issues like drugs and theft.

Let’s not destroy these young minds but mould them into responsible humans who can help steer the world into the right direction.

Can this racist stuff just end already!!! We are all equal no one is better than the next, we all have the same blood running through our veins. I firmly believe with that said, that everyone should be presented with the same opportunities.
I struggle to wrap my head around this crap. Is greed driving this fast-paced train into the future? Prices of goods need to be ceased for at least five years to come.
Why compete when we can all live together in peace and harmony. One hand needs the other, we cannot live alone and try and save up as much as we can for ourselves.

What about the less fortunate, what a shameful legacy you leave behind. All the money in the world cannot buy you the priceless joy that comes with the heart-warming smiles you meet when sharing the little you have, and expecting nothing in return. That is a true blessing, remember you reap what you sow.

My mother always warned me that my mouth spoke sharp truths that would land me into hot water. But it is a price I am willing to pay if it means I am standing for what is right and just.
The words she imparted on me was ‘Do good and forget about it, do bad and remember it.’ I think these are wise words to take with you.

I am the mouth piece for those who have given up hope, those who have been silenced by corruption, at the very end nothing belongs to us.
We return to God the same way we came without anything, but a soul that we need to account for. What good deeds will get you into the kingdom of God when all your fancy materials and dirty money stays behind.
Do we have time to fix the mess? Can we turn back the hands of time? CHANGE BEGINS WITH YOU. I refuse to be silenced …because we ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!
My work has continually addressed the issues our country is faced with, #Thundering Words Evoke the Living Soul # Old Lives Cast Long Shadows.

If I can be the little change, to change the face of the world and make a difference in the lives of the poor, I would have completed my childhood dream, having had no education and battling with dyslexia, has always felt like I have had a prison sentence for a crime I did not commit.
