The town is down in the dumps

So why do people still dump their rubbish all over this town?

Editor
So sad to see the town looking so tired. I thought that with everyone santizing like crazy and wearing masks, etc, staying germ-free would be imperative in this strange new order?

So why do people still dump their rubbish all over this town that is now starting to look like the proverbial pig sty?

Notices calling on residents not to dump just go unnoticed. Rubbish breeds germs. So you can sanitize as much as you want, but by dumping, we are assisting the virus.

Also, I am an animal lover, but the takeover of the town by livestock needs to be urgently looked at. These animals also carry germs, just like humans do.
It appears as if we are not really serious about keeping safe.
