The Skhandimpilo Club members would like to welcome residents to join their aerobics classes. Fast-paced and disciplined, the classes accommodates beginners and advanced levels. Club member Themba Shabalalala says that the Sport and Recreation Department has supported the club’s initiative to get people active.

The aerobics classes takes place from Monday to Friday at 5.30pm inside the Bushmans Country Club at Lambert Park. For more information about how you can join, pop in at the class and see the members in action.

In Wembezi the Siyazivocavoca Club trains on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm and on Saturdays at 5.30am at the Wembezi Stadium.
