Junior Eleven aim to finish well

They are playing their last game of the season away today.

Despite losing their previous match 1-0 to Ditlou FC at home last week, local soccer giants Junior Eleven hope to finish the league on a high note today (April 12). Today’s match is the last game of the season.

They will be playing away against uMshwathi United FC in Wartburg.

Though this game’s result will not change their log position, winning will boost the players’ confidence. The good news is that, although they have dropped points in their last two games, they will nevertheless finish in sixth position on the log.

It is now confirmed that they have successfully maintained their status in the ABC Motsepe League.

This was their first season in the league and they have been faced with challenges that led to most of the players having to leave the club before the start of the second leg matches. However, that did not dismantle the team, as many people expected it would. Instead, young lads joined the team and grabbed the opportunity with both hands as Junior Eleven fought hard to avoid relegation.
