A strong field of 33 athletes gathered for last week’s time trials. There were four personal bests with Phakamani and Sammy in the 4km run and Zanomusa and Gcinile in the 2km run. A record number 16
athletes ran the 4km in under 20 minutes. Well done to all those that competed.
