Sakekamer reaches a R10k target

BARRY HERTZOG – The Newcastle Sakekamer Golf Day took place on Saturday at the Newcastle Golf Club.

This meant golfers could focus solely on their game.
At the end of the day, the four-ball team of Ronnie Acker, Deon Pfeil, Johnny Saunders and Barry Glutz finished first, with 108 points in total.
Bernard Denny, Trevor Botha, Tony Sharp and Matthew Hackett were second.
Third place went to the team of Riaan Swanepoel, JP van Rensburg, Eddie van der Merwe and Ruan Wessels.

On Monday, the Newcastle Sakekamer confirmed its total banked profit from the golf day, after expenses and fees paid.
This amount was R10 499, more than R2 000 over target.
