Great morning exercise for everyone

Young and old attended the ‘Park Run’ that took place on Saturday morning at Ladysmith Country Club.

442 runners turned up for this the third Park Run to be held in Ladysmith, so it looks like this event will continue to be a popular one. Mothers brought along their babies in prams and also joined in the action as they took a casual Saturday morning stroll.
After the run, many of the participants enjoyed the rest of the morning socialising and of course making plans to meet up again next Saturday.
