On Saturday, Estcourt Golf Club hosted the Saturday Christmas Cheer. 24 golfers, after dropping off a wrapped gift, took to the course in a fun four ball format.

Winners on the day on 107 points were Arnold and Gail Boettiger, Fred Vickers and Paddy Geraty.

Closest to the pin on the third hole was won by Roy Unsworth and Doc Chotu took the jackpot prize.

Estcourt Golf Club joined in on the festive season spirit and sponsored a lovely braai for all players afterwards.

This coming Wednesday, the club will host the Christmas Cheer for the Wednesday regulars. Melton Schiever kindly offered to sponsor a braai afterwards for all golfers.

On December 16, the last major sponsored day of the year will be held.
