Ladysmith United goes in search of goals
It was a tough match in which neither side gave an inch in their quest for victory
Ladysmith United played against Drakensberg Football Club (FC) in a Motsepe League match on Sunday afternoon at the Kandahar Avenue sports grounds.
A huge crowd gathered to watch this hotly-contested league game.
Drakensberg FC travelled all the way from Pietermaritzburg to play against our local boys.
The players thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to showcase their skills on the soccer field, with the crowd cheering and clapping as the teams went on the offensive in search of goals.
It was a tough match in which neither side gave an inch in their quest for victory and maximum points.
Some fabulous footwork had the spectators on their feet in excitement!
