Score big at the Cornfields Soccer Tournament

A fun filled soccer tournament is coming to the Cornfields sports grounds on December 21 and 22. This has kindly been yet again sponsored by Sandile Nzuke.

This tournament began with eight teams in 2017 and has grown to a whopping 15 teams; Movers, Berea, Juventus, Barcelona, Yoghuerta, Mbhasha, Zero to Hero, United, Last number, Private number, Ubumbano, New nation, Msamo, Jealousy and Mbombo.

The organising committee (Thanmi Mthembu, Thabani Nkala, Sbu Ntombela, Mnelisi Sishi and Sizwe Mdakane,) call on locals to come in their numbers and show support.

Attendees can look forward to a musical performance and a game for Chiefs and Pirates fans.Winning teams are set to walk away with prizes including trophies, cash prize, soccer kit, soccer equipment and medals.
