VRYHEID: Athletes turn up the time trial heat

At the Vryheid Athletic Club time trials last Thursday, the athletes completed the 5km course as follows: Amanda Vergottini – 24:40. Annatjie Venter – 29:45. Sifiso Buthelzi – 19:03. Yvette Barsforf – 30:57. Casper Louw – 23:53. Everybody is welcome at the 5km time trials every Thursday afternoon, starting at 5.30pm, but the athletes are urged to enter at 5.15pm at Pionier (Tokkie Smit Hall).
