VRYHEID: Mandla is the time trialist of the week

At Vryheid Athletic Club’s time trials last Thursday, the athletes completed the 5km course as follows: Bongani Msimango – 18:41. Shifiso Buthelezi – 18:18. Mandla Mnisi – 21:21. Amanda Vergotttini – 24:43. Lorraine van der Nest – 38:00. Congratulations to Mandla Mnisi, who is the winner of the Meatmasters voucher – Time Trialist of the Week! Everybody is welcome at the 5km time trials every Thursday afternoon, starting at 5.30pm, but athletes are urged to enter at 5.15pm at Pionier (Tokkie Smit Hall).
