Panarottis netball stars go for gold
The under 13 final was between Huttenpark Primary School and Monument Primary School.
SUNNY RIDGE – Spur and Panarottis, in conjunction with Ferrum High School, hosted a netball tournament for under 13, under 16 and first teams.

Prize money was up for grabs in each category, and the following schools participated:
– Under 13 – Huttenpark Primary School, Drakensberg Primary School, Monument Primary School, Newcastle Senior Primary and Arborpark Primary School.
– Under 16 – Ferrum High School, Estcourt High School, St Dominics High School, Pionier High School, Sarel Cilliers High School, Newcastle High School and Lincoln Heights Secondary School.
– First team – Ferrum High School, Dundee High School, Estcourt High School, St Dominics High School, Pionier High School, Sarel Cilliers High School, Newcastle High School and Lincoln Heights Secondary School.

The final results were as follows:
The under 13 final was between Huttenpark Primary School and Monument Primary School.
– Huttenpark won 13-4 and Kyla Pretorius of Huttenpark was the player of the day.
The under16 final was between Sarel Cilliers High School and Pionier High School.
– Pionier won 23-4 and the player of the day was Leandri Harmse from Pionier.
The first team final was between Ferrum High School and Pionier High School.
– Pionier won 14-10 and the player of the day was Dané Potgieter from Ferrum.
