Treverton riders attend Oaksprings Horse Trials

Treverton brought home the prizes

Treverton College eventing riders attended the Oaksprings Horse Trials recently. Eventing is an equestrian event where a single horse and rider combine and compete against other competitors across the three disciplines of dressage, cross-country, and show jumping.

Here are the results:
SANESA High School 85cm – Abigail Don-Wauchope riding Lady Julia; and Sienna-Reese Lombard riding Just George.
SANESA High School 95cm – Briony Fromwald riding Invisible Ink.
Adult 65cm – Lara Emmett riding Midas Touch.
Adult 75cm – K’li Scott riding Star Of Joburg; and Sally Laurens riding Out Of The Blue.
Old Trevertonian Kate Spurgiee helped out with cross-country jump judging and Treverton brought home some prizes, with Briony first, Abigail third, Sally first and K’li second.

Well done to the Oaksprings team, as the track looked fabulous!
