Does that mean that a crew of people will watch monitors and write down the out-of-Gauteng numbers as they wizz past? That will be fun during rush hour!
But according to the spokesman, if you are from Vryheid, say, you will receive an invoice within seven days after you’ve passed under an e-toll gantry, which you will then have to pay. If you don’t, you’ll be handed over to debt collectors, and be liable for the costs. Are we correct? What if the post is delayed?
And Nicole Jenny Stroebel asks on facebook: And if you’re going through the gantries on your way to the airport for your 3 week international holiday, you’ll come back to letters of demand that you now have to pay for? Makes TOTAL sense.
It doesn’t make any sense at all.
