Occupation: Pensioner

Family: I have two daughters, Jackie and Charmaine. Although they don’t live in Newcastle, we get together as often as possible.

Interesting fact about myself: I enjoy collecting lighters. I have more than 900 lighters from different countries.

Faan is a thoughtful, selfless person who puts the needs of others before his own. His daughter, Charmaine, nominated him for star of the week because he bought a homeless man a blanket after seeing him sleeping on the street with nothing but the clothes on his back.
