Inconsiderate driving to blame

The shocking road death toll is all to do with (in) consideration

Road fatalities in this province stand at over 15 since Friday. Ten of these are either from Dundee or were killed in the area.
This shocking statistic is evident of two things:

1.The poor road conditions in the country – straying cattle and pedestrians, potholes etc. and, 2, plain bad, don’t care driving.

Inconsiderate driving is a huge problem around here.

Drivers simply stop in the middle of the road (McKenzie Street a speciality in this problem) to have a chat to their mates.
Tough for the motorist behind them.

Even frantic hooting and the odd finger in the air does not bring an iota of an apology from the driver.
No wonder our road death toll is the highest in the world.
