It’s time to dust off those trainers and gear up for the Newcastle Mall’s annual 8-kilometre Rainbow Run.

This year the event will take place on Saturday, September 24.
Whether you walk for fitness or just for the fun of it, Spring is in the air and the time has come to shed that extra winter weight.
What better way to kick-start your road to a healthier lifestyle than walking 8-kilometres?
If this sounds like a plan to you, make your way to the Newcastle Mall and register at the Edgars Court (entrance two).
Tickets are sold at R25 per person, and there are loads of prizes are to be won.
