Hope Evangelical Church walks in power
The day was a great success and I would like to thank all those who helped make it a fun day and also everyone who participated.
NEWCASTLE – Hope Evangelical Church hosted a five-kilometre walking in power fun walk on October 15.
The event took place at the church premises in Fernwood.
A carnival was held at 10am before the walk. Jumping castles, sports activities, horse rides and a photo booth were available to entertain the whole family.
The walk started at 2pm, and young and old made their journey around Fernwood.
Organiser of the event, Shane Naidoo said: “The day was a great success and I would like to thank all those who helped make it a fun day and also everyone who participated.”
Pastor Herald Abel and his wife, Cheryl extended their gratitude to all in attendance.
