As a positive initiative to honour people who make a difference in the Newcastle community, Panarottis Newcastle is encouraging people to nominate someone who deserves a pat on the back.
The winner of this week’s Panarottis Pizza Bust is Warrant Officer Melvin Tommy, nominated by Lynn Kalicharan.
“I nominate Warrant Officer Melvin Tommy of the SAPS. He drives the State breakdown and he does his job with passion. He never refuses to assist anyone, no matter what the problem is. His efforts are often not recognised but I would like to nominate him because he never leaves a recovery undone no matter how difficult.”
