It was a fine day for a festival as Charl Mari hosted a successful dam festival on Saturday.
With good food, excellent music and plenty of entertainment, it was the perfect place for a family outing.
The modelling competition was the highlight of the day as the first ever Mr and Ms Charl Mari were crowned.
There was karaoke for the aspiring singers, a dance and a cake raffle won by Piet Labuschagne.
