SANBS – Save a nation through your blood donation

SANBS is urging residents to donate blood during the festive season.

Visit your local Donor Centre during December and receive a limited edition SANBS power bank.

To donate blood you need to:

– Weigh 50kg or more,

– Be between the ages of 16 and 65

– Lead a sexually safe lifestyle

– Be in good health on the day of your donation, and

– Have a meal prior to your donation.
