Keeping busy is the best way to relieve stress. Being occupied will leave you with no time to think negatively. Your exams are over, that in itself is something to celebrate. So why not reward yourself? You know if you have studied hard, if so now it is time to reward yourself by doing something you enjoy.

But don’t make it all about you, look out for your friends too. Check for signs of depression, or even tiredness.

If you notice that they are irritable, express sudden changes in behaviour, they can’t sleep or have lost their appetite, encourage them to talk to someone about their feelings.
