We make it simple with this quick and easy, mouth watering, seven minute microwave cake recipe.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Cook time: seven minutes.
Ingredients:
- Two eggs.
- One cup of sugar.
- One cup of milk.
- One cup of oil.
- Three tablespoons golden syrup.
- One and a half cups of flour.
- Three heaped tablespoons cocoa.
- One teaspoon baking powder.
- One teaspoon baking soda.
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into a well greased microwave dish.
- Cook at a high temperature for seven minutes.
- Let it cool and then decorate with icing and toppings of your choice.
