CANSA Shavathon proves to be a huge success…
Going colourful for a good cause

Many went bright, one went bald, and some showed their generous side by donating money or sanitary pads.

This past Saturday saw the annual CANSA Shavathon which proved to be a huge success.

This year featured a bit of an added surprise as the DunGlen Club also got involved in collecting pads for their Princess Project.

People came out in their numbers to support the event and over R8 000 was raised for CANSA while over 200 pads were collected for the DunGlen Club.

There were also two lucky winners of the raffle.
Shannon Maharaj won the Identity voucher sponsored by Vanessa Seethal and Jean de Necker won the Spa Voucher sponsored by Lihle Malinga.

The most raffles were sold by Narresh and Patsy Shrikrishan, Anand H Jhilmeet and Sew Jogi. Shalini Jogi thanked all those who assisted in making the day a success.
