Who is Ina Paarman?

Ina Paarman’s cooking delicicasies is one of the country’s most recognisable brand names.

Her journey as a household name brand begun in 1982 after she left her job as lecturer at the then Cape Peninsula University of Technology, to start cookery classes from a converted garage at her home.

Everything Ina learned about cooking was passed down to her from her mother and her grandmother, which is what made her cooking skills more special.

Only after her youngest son had completed his studies in accountancy, did she decide to expand her business from her garage to a factory, where the Ina Paarman’s Kitchen brand hit the ground running.

Since then, Ina has hosted her very own cooking shows and released a variety of cooking books. She is also a former columnist and magazine food editor.

Don’t miss out on this amazing chance to learn something new from one of South Africa’s most beloved cooks!
