November 13 and 14 – SANBS
The SANBS will be at the Klipkerk on Friday from 11am until 6pm; and on Saturday from 9am until 1pm at Pick ‘n Pay.
November 15 – Remembrance Day Parade
The Memorable Order of Tin Hats (MOTHS) of the Freedom Shellhole will be hosting the Remembrance Day Parade at 10.30am for 11am at the St Peter’s Anglican Church on the corner of High and Hlobane Street. You are invited to bring along a wreath or flowers to place at the foot of the Cenotaph in remembrance of loved ones who paid the highest price. Everyone is welcome to attend since the Vryheid Vintage Car Club, as well as the Parachute Battalion (Parabats), will also be present.
November 17 – Vryheid Buurtwag / Neighbourhood Watch AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Vryheid Neighbourhood Watch will be at the Klipkerk Hall at 6pm for 6.30pm.
28 November – NG Kerk Vryheid Kers-Kuier-Basaar
Die NG Kerk-gemeente hou Basaar op die Klipkerkplein om 9vm. Vleisverkope, bakhuis, pannekoek, jaffels, perdry en nog vele meer word op die dag aangebied. Vir stalletjie navrae, skakel 083-633-4223.
December 5 – Paddadam Christmas Market
The market will have plenty of food stalls, arts & crafts, and lots of bargains. Everyone is invited to come and support the market from 9am until 2pm. For more information, contact Marlize Harmse on 071-857-9581. All Covid-19 regulations apply.
