Double murder at Stratford Farm:
Dundee police are investigating a double murder that took place at Stratford Farm on March 19.
A man (58) and a woman (69) were watching TV in their home at around 20:00 when they were shot multiple times by an unknown suspect or suspects.
The two victims sadly passed away at the scene. Shotgun and pistol cartridges were recovered by police. Anyone with information is asked to contact their nearest police station. Police have no firm leads regarding the identity of the assailant/s at this stage.
Attempted murder case opened at Dundee police station:
A 36-year-old man was shot several times in Sibongile Township on Friday night, March 18. At around midnight, unknown gunmen entered a premises and opened fire. The victim is in a critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Madadeni Hospital, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Anybody who can assist with information is asked to contact their nearest police station.
Dundee police are investigating a case of attempted murder.
