SASSA reach out to community with government services

Make use of this opportunity to access various government services.

Acting Minister of Social Development, Ms Sindisiwe Chikunga, as part of her government commitment to service delivery drive, is leading an Integrated Community Registration Outreach Programme (ICROP) on Friday, May 29. at the Master Nakedi Sports Centre in Tumahole from 08:00, .

Departments that will participate include:

  • Social Development (Welfare services, community development services, social security as well as mobilization and NPO compliance and awareness).
  • National Development Agency (CSO registration)
  • Home Affairs who will be providing services for the application of smart ID cards, passports and other related services.
  • Health (Primary Health Care Services)
    All community members are invited to visit the centre to access a wide range of available government services.
    It is also an opportunity to engage directly with the minister and other senior officials, as well as key stakeholders.
  • What to bring along?
    Bring your ID document and supporting documents
    Only electronic payment is acceptable. Bring your bank card for payment.
  • Child Protection month
    May is marked as Child Protection month.
    With the Outreach Programme SASSA also put the focus on ending violence against children.
