Ferdies had fun celebrating Heritage Day

In the run-up to Heritage Day (24 September), all the learners and teachers at Ferdies came to school yesterday (23 September) dressed up in clothes that reflected their heritage.

In the run-up to Heritage Day (24 September), all the learners and teachers at Ferdies came to school yesterday (23 September) dressed up in clothes that reflected their heritage.

They had lots of fun this week, while recognizing and celebrating the cultural wealth of the school. The school presented a program where each cultural group had an opportunity to tell something about their culture. The learners also took part in a heritage quiz and stood the chance to win a prize if their answers were correct.
