Even though the NWU-Pukke’s tennis team were not victorious in the 2017 Tennis USSA Championships A-section on home soil, they still gave a good account of themselves, taking fourth place in the competitive A-section. Pukke’s second team took the spoils in the B-section with impressive tennis.

The University of Free State (Kovsies) took the USSA title in the A-section of the USSAs at the Fanie du Toit Sports Grounds and surrounding tennis courts in  from 2 to 8 July. Here is Hubert Badenhorst in action.
