National squash title for Niemack

Dylan faced five opponents and ended the tournament unbeaten en route to the SA schools title.

Potchefstroom Gimnasium can be very proud of their sensational squash player, Dylan Niemack, who became the SA Schools u.19 closed squash champion.

The tournament was held at the Parkview Squash Club in Johannesburg on 17 April. Dylan faced five opponents and ended the tournament unbeaten en route to the SA schools title.

His results are as follows:

Beat Jeandre Erasmus 3–0

Beat Hubert van Eck 3–1

Beat Gareth Craigen 3–1

Beat Dean Venter 3–1

Beat Damian Groenewald 3–1

Other Gimmies who participated in the tournament were Elske Garbers (4th in the u.19 category) and Bianke Pienaar (13th in girls’ u.16 category).
