VIDEO: Floods terrorise Mountain View residents in Ext. 9 (Ikageng)

A small community of Mountain View in Ext. 9 looked on helplessly as torrential rains flooded their homes.

“My wardrobe, bed and cupboards were all damaged because of the floods. It could all have been averted if the J.B Marks municipality had intervened,” said a mother of two, Nikiwe Kwatsha.
