City Power pamphlets dumped
There is help when residents experience cable theft, but the residents have not had the opportunity to receive this information.
Several City Power pamphlets were discovered in a Blairgowrie resident’s front garden.
Peter Mouton said his maid found the papers lying around.
“I have counted at least 18 A4 pamphlets with notices on. I suppose the man became tired and decided just to throw it at the nearest gate,” claimed Mouton.
The pamphlets contain information about cable theft.
“I now do not know which addresses received the pamphlets and who did not. There are even tyre marks on them after I drove over them.”
Retha Karsten from City Power said the entity will investigate and find out who was responsible for the distribution of the pamphlets.
