Christmas lunch for children at Northgate
NORTH RIDING – Christmas lunch for Mother of Peace''s children, who were showered with gifts and also watched a movie at Northgate Shopping Centre.
Children of Mother of Peace were treated to Christmas lunch party, filled with excitement at Northgate Shopping Centre.
The party included a movie, personalised gifts from Santa, which were donated by Northgate Centre Management, and a scrumptious Christmas lunch at Maxi’s.
Mother of Peace (MOP) cares for 30 children, who have physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Some of the children are brought to the home without child certificates, and that makes it difficult for them to get certain supports.
With the help from Val and Pat, who are house parents at MOP, they manage to help organise life documents for these children.
