Missing boy back home with his family

RANDPARK RIDGE – An alert has been published about a missing boy last seen riding his bicycle.

UPDATE: 28 July 2018

Alvin John Wright (13) who went missing while riding his bike on 23 July is safely back home with his family.

Community members shared relief on Facebook when the news of his return broke.

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and subsequent return remain unclear at this time.

INITIAL REPORT: 26 July 2018

The Pink Ladies Organisation has alerted the public to the disappearance of a young boy riding his bicycle on Duiker Avenue.

The child, Alvin John Wright (13) was last seen riding his bike near the Duiker Ridge Engen garage on 23 July.

He was wearing grey tracksuit pants, a black tracksuit top and a white tracksuit top with a hoodie underneath.

He was also carrying a backpack while riding on his size 24 blue mountain bike.

Director of the Pink Ladies, Bessie Rechner confirmed that the child is still missing.
