Trinityhouse Preparatory Prefects top tips

RANDPARK RIDGE – Trinityhouse Preparatory's prefects give their top tips for effective leadership.

In the weeks which have followed the announcement of the Trinityhouse Preparatory head prefects, the four Grade 7 learners have learnt more about leadership. While they were grateful for their positions as head prefects, they expressed their gratitude to attend a school which gives multiple learners an opportunity to shine. These are the top 10 lessons their positions have taught them thus far:

  •  Remain humble while being aware of your capabilities
  •  Put yourselves in the shoes of others while leading
  •  Understand that people may not like that you have the position, do your best anyway
  • Believe in your ability to lead
  • Make the most of your opportunity
  • Remember to allow yourself to be guided by God’s light
  • Set a good example for other people
  • Treat everyone the same
  •  Treat others how to be a good leader through your example
  • Be full of others and not yourself.
