Radley Private School rewards young entrepreneurs for high credit scores
Principal, Charne' De Gouveia said that the young entrepreneurs were given their invitations to attend the event a week prior to the tea
Delicious treats all around for the young entrepreneurs that achieved high credit scores at Radley Private School’s term one Credit Tea event.

Principal, Charne’ De Gouveia gave more information on the event and stated that the reward system that they use is very similar to other schools except that they put an entrepreneurial twist to it.
“Most schools use a merit and demerit system, but at Radley, we use a credit and debit system.”

The young entrepreneurs were rewarded with credits for good behaviour, wearing the correct uniform, handing in assignments on time and so forth. They are issued debits as a consequence.

“At the end of each term, we do a credit check on the entrepreneurs and all the children with the highest credit scores are invited to a Credit Tea with the principal and school management team.”

The Radley Entrepreneurs enjoyed the sit-down tea with some delicious cake and juice and were awarded their high credit score certificates.

“We are so very proud of our entrepreneurs with the highest credit scores this term. We look forward to seeing who will be invited to the next Credit Tea at the end of term two,” added De Gouveia.
