Striving for a brighter future

She wants to do anything for herself, so she established her own business.

Kamogelo Mataboge talks about her small business:

I am 22 years old, and I established a business selling purified water in bottles in 2020 after noticing that there is always a water crisis in our country.

Lewatle Aqua is the name of my branded bottled water, which I created intending to assist people in getting water.

Additionally, I want to be independent and do everything for myself, so starting a small business is a step in that direction.

She is a young business owner with big aspirations.

Because water scarcity is a major issue in our lives and affects practically every day, I told myself that selling water would be a brilliant idea.

I started my business by saving close to every penny I had, and despite the difficulties, I was able to save.

The most difficult challenge that I’ve encountered was convincing people to buy water since many people complained that it was too pricey, but I never dropped the price because the entire process of procuring good water is expensive as well.

She believes starting a small business is a step toward being independent and being able to do things for herself.

I can indicate that the business industry requires someone who works hard and never gives up, which is something that keeps me going considering that I have to constantly remind myself why I started this business.

I am beyond proud of myself for what I have accomplished, and I am eager to see what the future holds for me and my business.
